Today Raoul Oudejans can be heard in the podcast “Psychology Inside Out”. Raoul is program manager Sport & Performance within AISS and lecturer and coordinator of the program Sport Psychology at the Faculty of Behavioral and Movement Sciences. He knows better than anyone else about the ins and outs of Sport Psychology and the education of future sport psychologists. In the podcast he explains how he came to the field of Sport Psychology and the development of this field. Also he gives us insight in his specialization and takes us along in various research projects he coordinates. He explains the importance of the translation of scientific knowledge into useful applications in the practice of sports and other professions in which (high) performance is important.
